Founder of BabyCue Coaching, LLC, Dena Riddick, M. Ed., began her career as a special education teacher. Her experience working with the ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) population has led to many rewarding experiences throughout her various roles in the mental health and education fields. But, it is in the rich ground of early intervention that her passion thrives. As a behavior coach, she nurtures the potential of young minds and strengthens family bonds, leaving a legacy of hope in her wake.

Born from the spirit of her inner-city upbringing in West Philadelphia, Dena's early intervention practices thrives to empower families. Her firm yet compassionate touch guides those lacking confidence into self-advocacy, especially within her own community. The surging needs of autistic infants fueled her resolve to make a difference.

In 2023, Dena established BabyCue Coaching to offer families the choice of a highly skilled, compassionate team that recognizes and understands the culture and community they serve.
